Refund policy

Digital service, delivered immediately

A subscription to aiQ Radar gives you immediate access to signals and analysis. The service is delivered continuously from the moment your subscription starts, and it is consumed as it is delivered.

By subscribing you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and, where a statutory cooling-off right would otherwise apply to digital content, you acknowledge that you lose that right once access begins.

Purchases made through Google Play

If you subscribed inside the Android app, Google Play processes the payment and Google's refund policy governs it. Request a refund through Google Play, not through us — we cannot reverse a Play transaction.

Google may grant refunds under its own rules regardless of this policy.

What is not refundable

We do not refund trading losses. Signals are educational research and you make every trading decision yourself; a loss is not a defect in the service.

We do not refund dissatisfaction with signal performance. Past results do not predict future results, no win rate is promised, and a period of losing signals is a normal and disclosed characteristic of the product rather than a failure to deliver it.

We do not refund unused time where you simply stopped using the service, nor partial periods after a cancellation, unless the law requires it.

When we will refund

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount.

If the service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period within your billing period, we may at our discretion extend your subscription or refund a proportionate amount.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions bought through Google Play are cancelled in your Google Play account.

Abuse and chargebacks

Sharing your account, redistributing signals, or scraping the service may result in termination without refund. aiQ Software (Pty) Ltd may also terminate an account that initiates a chargeback rather than contacting us first.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including South Africa's Consumer Protection Act. Where this policy conflicts with a right you cannot contract out of, that right applies.
